The strongest communities are the safest, where risks of injury or damage are low and manageable. Well-being means living in conditions promoting mental and physical health, connectedness, and resilience.

COLLABORATION

The idea of collaboration requires a mindset of believing there is room to learn and grow. It is also a belief that we are smarter collectively than individually. Then, building trust, human connection, and open communication are possible.

RESILENCEY

Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences, especially through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.
